I would say 1000 users will be still pretty ok on supabase 😅. In general I would migrate to self-hosted supabase installation first and then start dividing that “monolith” to microservices. Only moving out parts that became bottlenecks by just replacing functionality. To keep it seamless for users probably I would add backends for frontend. And, well, iterate iterate iterate
